THE NATIONAL CHARETTE INSTITUTE
As a Research Assistant for the National Charette Institute, I conducted comprehensive qualitative analyses for key initiatives, including the National Institute of Food and Agriculture's Listening Sessions and MSU Extension’s Water School program. My responsibilities involved helping to plan and facilitate nationwide listening sessions that brought together over 100 participants, ensuring diverse perspectives were captured. I meticulously coded participant responses to extract actionable insights, which were then synthesized into detailed reports that informed program goals and long-term visions.
In my work with the Water School program, I assisted in the design and implementation of an alumni surveys to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement; conducted stakeholder interviews and organized focus groups to delve deeper into program impact. Through ripple effect mapping (REM) sessions, we evaluated the broader influence of the program, providing data-driven recommendations to guide future development. My efforts aided in in aligning program strategies with stakeholder needs, enhancing both their relevance and impact.
