While working with the City of Kansas City, MO, I played a pivotal role in the creation of the Infill Development Code, a framework designed to guide sustainable and context-sensitive urban growth. My responsibilities included coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholders, such as city officials, developers, and community leaders, to ensure that the proposed policies addressed the needs and priorities of all parties involved. I facilitated community engagement sessions to gather input, foster collaboration, and build trust among residents and local government.
